1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

• Standard Shipping (Free): 10–20 business days

• Express Shipping (Optional): 4–6 business days (additional cost at checkout)

⚠️ During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders in the US.

• Express shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real time.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@freakywear.shop so we can assist you.

• In case of damaged goods upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work on a solution (replacement or refund).

• FreakyWear is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Order Cut-Off for Halloween 🎃

To guarantee delivery before October 31st, we recommend placing your order no later than:

• October 20th (Standard Free Shipping)

• October 25th (Express Shipping)
