1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and undamaged).
In its original packaging (if applicable).
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at contact@freakywear.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

If your return is rejected (for example, if the item is not in original condition), we will notify you with the reason.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at contact@freakywear.shop

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning a defective or wrong item, FreakyWear will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
